डेंगू को नहीं लेने दिया जाएगा माहमारी का रूप, निरंतर किये जा रहे हैं प्रयास: स्वाति एस भदौरिया
देहरादून: डेंगू रोग को उत्तराखंड राज्य में पूरी तरीके से नियंत्रित करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग पूर्ण रूप से तैयार है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा डेंगू संक्रमण काल प्रारंभ होने से पहले ही सभी तैयारियां पूरी की गई है।
डेंगू रोग के संक्रमण की रोकथाम से जुड़ी जानकारी देते हुए श्रीमती स्वाति एस भदौरिया , मिशन निदेशक, राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन उत्तराखंड ने विभागीय तैयारियों से अवगत कराते हुए बताया कि राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन , स्वास्थ्य विभाग, उत्तराखंड द्वारा योजनाबद्ध तरीके से रणनीति तैयार की गई व उसके अनुसार डेंगू नियंत्रण गतिविधियों को संचालित किया जा रहा है। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप वर्तमान तक प्रदेश भर में मात्र 19 डेंगू रोगी रिपोर्ट हुए हैं, व डेंगू रोग से कोई भी मृत्यु दर्ज नहीं हुई है।
यदि हम अगस्त माह तक डेंगू के संक्रमण से जुड़े आकड़ों को देखें तो 2019 में 947 केस दर्ज थे तथा 2023 में 732 केस दर्ज थे, वर्तमान वर्ष में घट कर 19 केस हो गए हैं। मिशन निदेशक ,राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सभी प्रयासों को निरंतर जारी रखा जाये ताकि आगे आने वाले समय में भी डेंगू के संक्रमण को बढ़ने से रोका जा सके।
राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन , उत्तराखंड स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा सभी विभागों के साथ बैठक एवं समन्वय स्थापित कर के डेंगू रोकथाम हेतु धरातल पर कार्य किये जा रहे हैं । सभी विभागों द्वारा अपने स्तर से डेंगू रोग के नियंत्रण के लिए सभी गतिविधियां की जा रही हैं।
किसी भी डेंगू रोगी के सूचना प्राप्त होने पर उसके निवास स्थान के आसपास वृहद स्तर पर डेंगू निरोधात्मक गतिविधियां की जाती हैं ताकि डेंगू रोग को उस स्थान से फैलने से रोका जा सके।
डेंगू के संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए विभाग द्वारा अप्रैल माह से ही डेंगू लार्वा के पनपने के स्थान को नष्ट किये जाने की शुरुवात की गई साथ ही इस वर्ष ससमय सघन सोर्स रिडक्शन गतिविधियां , फोगिंग , इंडोर स्प्रे , प्रचार प्रसार , अन्तरविभगीय कार्यवाही की जा रही है है व लोगों को डेंगू से बचाव पर जागरूक किया जा रहा है।
आज की तिथि तक राज्य में आशाओं द्वारा 18,56,611 घरों का सर्वे किया जा चुका है जहां पर लार्वा निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही की जा चुकी है राज्य में डेंगू वालंटियर्स द्वारा 5,23,663 घरों का सर्वे किया जा चुका है । जहां पर लार्वा निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही की जा चुकी है।
आम जनमानस द्वारा भी अपने घर वह आस पास डेंगू रोग के मच्छरों को पनपने से रोकने के लिए बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया जा रहा है। जनपदों में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की इकाईयों में डेंगू की रोकथाम एवं प्रबंधन हेतु दवाईयां, उपकरण से संबंधित सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
विभाग द्वारा डेंगू रोगियों के उपचार के लिए चिकित्सालयों में डेंगू आइसोलेशन बेड आरक्षित किए गए हैं, औषधियों की उपलब्धता व जांच सुविधा की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की गई है। सभी राजकीय एवं निजी चिकित्साल्यों में मच्छरदानी युक्त 2161 बेड आरक्षित है।
डॉ. पंकज सिंह ,सहायक निदेशक राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन उत्तराखंड ने बताया कि, डेंगू संचरण को रोकने और नियंत्रित करने के लिए मजबूत निगरानी प्रणाली लागू की गई है, यहां तक कि डेंगू के एक भी मामले को हॉटस्पॉट के रूप में लिया जा रहा है, और संचरण को रोकने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर केंद्रित नियंत्रण गतिविधियां संस्थापित की गई हैं।
आम जनमानस से यही अपील है की अपने घर के आसपास पानी जमा न होने दें व स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखें।बाहर निकलते समय पूरी बाजू के कपड़े पहनें , बच्चों को बाहर निकलने पर पूरी बाजू के कपड़े पहनाएं तथा मच्छर से बचने वाली क्रीम का इस्तेमाल करें , डेंगू के लक्षण होने पर डॉक्टर से परामर्श लें।
Dengue Micromanagement plan and Preparedness of Health Department, Uttarakhand led to decline in dengue cases this year
The State health department is geared up for effective control of dengue disease in the state of Uttarakhand. In view of the prevention and control of Dengue, all the necessary preparations are in place by the Health Department even before the dengue infection period starts.
Smt. Swati S. Bhadauria, Mission Director, National Health Mission, Uttarakhand, while informing about the departmental preparations, said that the strategy was prepared in a planned manner by the National Health Mission, Health Department, Uttarakhand for the smooth execution of Dengue control activities that are being conducted at the ground level, as a result of which only 19 dengue patients till now have been reported across the state, and no death due to dengue disease has been recorded so far.
As per the data there were 947 cases registered in 2019 related to dengue infection till the month of August and 732 cases in 2023, which were reduced to 19 cases in the current year.
The Mission Director, National Health Mission Uttarakhand directed the departmental officers to continue efforts pertaining to Dengue prevention and control so that the increase in dengue infection can be prevented in the future also.
National Health Mission, Health Department Uttarakhand is carrying out coordination and awareness activities for dengue prevention by holding meetings and establishing coordination with all the departments. All the activities are being done by the departments at their level to control dengue infection.
Anti-dengue activities are carried out on a large scale around the place of residence of a dengue infected patient, so that dengue disease can be prevented from spreading around.
To prevent dengue infection, the frontline workers of health department started destroying dengue larva breeding sites from April month onwards. Also this year, intensive source reduction activities, fogging, indoor spray, public awareness, inter-departmental action are being taken.
18,56,611 houses have been surveyed by ASHAs in the state till date in the state where anti-larvae action has been taken and 5,23,663 houses have been surveyed by dengue volunteers in the state for anti-larvae action.
The health department has kept dengue isolation beds reserved in hospitals for the treatment of dengue patients, availability of medicines and testing facilities have been ensured. 2161 beds with mosquito nets are reserved in all government and private hospitals of Uttarakhand.
Dr. Pankaj Singh, Assistant Director National Health Mission Uttarakhand said that
in order to prevent and control the dengue transmission strengthened surveillance system is in place, even a single case of dengue is to be considered as a hotspot and massive focused control activities are being instituted to prevent the transmission.
The local community is also taking active part in preventing dengue mosquitoes from breeding in and around their homes. Facilities related to medicines and equipment for prevention and management of dengue are available in the health department entities in the districts.
